The ACE 200plus is a low cost 2 channel force and/or Distance monior used for controlling the consisancey of the force or movment. The ACE 200plus is used on cold headers, thread roller, assembly machine.
The ACE 400plus is a low cost 4 channel force and/or Distance monior used for controlling the consisancey of the force or movment. The ACE 400plus is used on cold headers, thread roller, assembly machine.
The ACE 600plus is a low cost 6 channel force and/or Distance monior used for controlling the consisancey of the force or movment. The ACE 600plus is used on cold headers, thread roller, assembly machine.
The ACE R.U.D. has a been proven to count parts and detect at high speed the defective parts most manufactures complain about. This 2 probe system counts accurate parts produced and STOPS any defective parts that Run Up out of the dies.
The M/W detector (missing washer Detector) has the same great features as the ACE R.U.D. unit but also detect and STOPS parts such as Run Ups, parts missing the washer and rollback..... Let us show you how!
