| The newest product from Anderson Controls, Inc. is he ACE PD CONTROL. This simple cost effective product has great features at a low cost. This ACE PD CONTROL is designed for the after market customer that prefers not to have the machine down for sensor installation. There is no need for milling of sensor pockets, drilling holes for the expensive sensors. This unit uses 1 only sensor, just the output from the PD sensor. The PD sensor is a small flat pac sensor designed to monitor and control the ram movement at the rams top dead center posititon. Thus only detecting the change of distance from the die and punch or part thickness. The ACE PD CONTROL has no need for a timing sensor, cam input or proximity sensor. 1 sensor does it all!
