PROCESS MONITOR
run up
detector
The Run Up Detector (RUD) is a machine protection monitor designed for simplicity and reliability. It uses two probes to count valid parts and detect defects as they move through a die.

KEY BENEFITS
-
Reduces unexpected machine breakdowns → less damage, downtime, and repair cost
-
Faster setup times, improving productivity
-
Enables detailed evaluation of process failures for better corrective action and efficiency
-
Real-time monitoring confirms each cycle aligns with reference profiles within predefined limits
